BT – See You On The Other Side

My second music review post, I present…BT – See You On The Other Side.

With BT, if it’s crap, it’s disastrously shit. But when it’s good, its’ fucking rocking. On The Other Side is fucking amazing. It’s approximately 14 minutes long, wordless, and awesome.

It starts off really slow but it gradually grows and the middle bit is…thrilling. On occasions, I’ll get goosebumps from it. But that’s when I’m feeling really melancholy. At first I couldn’t understand why he would call this song ‘See You On the Other Side‘ but after listening to the track for a little while, I could sort of guess.

This track would be a really good background music for something like the Gladiator ending. Where he uhm…spoiler ahead. Where Crowe dies and he walks through the field towards his family…parts of See You On The Other Side could work. But parts like where the track sort of ‘skips’, approximately five minutes until the end, it wouldn’t work just because gladiator is set in a time where this track would just spoil the movie.

Needless to say, See You On The Other Side has been on repeat for me for a few hours now. I’ve ordered myself a copy of his album, The Binary Universe because I just need to feed my BT hunger. It should arrive within the next two weeks. Can’t wait! *rubs paws in glee*

BT – 1.618

I need to start populating my database so I’m going to start by talking about my favorite track right now.

It’s wordless and about ten minutes long. And I can tell you by the time you finished listening to it, you wish it’s even longer. It’s just absolutely freaking genius!

I can listen to this in whatever mood I feel. Feel good? Listen. Feel bad? Listen. Feel bleh? Still can handle it. This song is the epitome of perfect.

I haul ass, I run, like a Mexican running to the border!
